Spiral to Anchor (“Spiral to Anchor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Oregon-based educational business. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when adults visit our website, create an account, purchase a course, use course materials, or contact us.
1. Adult-only service
Spiral to Anchor accounts and purchases are intended for adults age 18 or older, including parents, caregivers, and professionals. Children must not create accounts or submit personal information through this site. Do not upload or submit a child’s name, contact information, case notes, protected health information, court records, or other identifying information through course discussions, forms, assignments, or support requests.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, login information, and account preferences.
- Purchase information: products purchased, order history, billing country or region, payment status, and transaction records. Payment-card and bank details are processed by Thinkific Payments and its payment providers; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Learning information: enrollment, course progress, lesson activity, downloads, and completion information.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact support, respond to an email, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and usage information collected by Thinkific and other service providers needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage adult accounts; process purchases and provide course access; deliver transactional and enrollment emails; respond to support requests; maintain security and prevent fraud; understand and improve our offerings; keep business and tax records; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not currently sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for legally significant automated profiling. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and rely on established service providers, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

This site is hosted by Thinkific and may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information to them.
